A judge imposed a prison sentence on Luis Édgar Murillo Mosquera for being allegedly responsible for the murder of a man on July 7th in the El Salto de Condoto neighborhood (Chocó).
The investigation revealed that the victim and Murillo Mosquera were spending time at the same house. A joke between both people made the alleged aggressor leave the place after getting upset, and then he returned with a sharp weapon to attack his partner.
The injured man was taken to a health center in Condoto where he died due to the severity of the wounds.
A prosecutor from Itsmina (Chocó) charged the defendant with aggravated homicide. Murillo Mosquera pleaded guilty to the charge.
