Joiner Serrano Valencia, alias El Puma, was arrested for these facts by the National Police at the beginning of June in Cali (Valle del Cauca).
At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed preventive detention order on a 16-year-old boy, allegedly involved in the homicide of a 21-year-old man. The facts took place on April 11, 2024 in San Sebastián de Mariquita (Tolima).
The investigation showed that the victim was tortured and hit on the head with blunt objects and wounded with a firearm. These acts were allegedly committed by members of an organized crime group known as the ‘Triple H’ of which the defendant would be part.
During a search warrant carried out by the National Police last April, the teenager was found in the company of alleged members of the criminal network. Firearms and ammunition that were allegedly used to commit crimes such as drug trafficking, hiring hitmen, and extortion were found in their possession
The Prosecutor’s Office charged the teenager with aggravated homicide, torture and trafficking, manufacturing or possession of firearms or ammunition for the exclusive use of the Military Forces. He did not plead guilty.
