A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in San Andrés prosecuted Luis Alverto Mitchell Junco and Dolbort Reman Bryan Mondal who were arrested in flagrante delicto as a result of a home search that was carried out by National Police in which narcotics were found.
According to the investigation, the facts took place on May 30 in a home located at Rock Hole neighborhood in which the authorities seized marijuana, cocaine, scales, plastic bags to measure the drugs and cash.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged them with manufacturing, trafficking or possession of drugs. They did not plead guilty to the charges.
By virtue of a judicial order Bryan Mondal, who already has a conviction for the same crime, will serve his sentence in Nueva Esperanza Prison. A Non-custodial Sentence was also issued against Mitchell Junco
