Among the substances that were sold are marijuana, cocaine, bazuco and tusi. One of the defendants had house arrest for illegal possession of weapons.
The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted three people who, in isolated facts, were involved in drug dealing in Ansermanuevo and Obando (Valle del Cauca). The evidence collected by the judicial police showed that the defendants apparently sold marijuana, cocaine, tusi and bazuco.
- José Armando Cardona González who was found in possession of 356.5 grams of marijuana and 77 grams of cocaine and its derivatives in Ansermanuevo by the police and the Army was prosecuted. The defendant was riding a motorcycle that was reported as stolen in May 2023 in Obando (Valle del Cauca).
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with trafficking, manufacturing, and possession of drugs, receiving stolen property, and escape of prisoners. Cardona is on trial for illegal possession of firearms, a case for which he was deprived of his liberty at his place of residence.
- Jhon David Torres Ángel was prosecuted In Obando since he was found in possession of 529 grams of marijuana and 40.5 grams of cocaine. The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs.
Marisol Cruz Varela was also prosecuted in Obando since during a search warrant 10 grams of Tusi, cocaine and its derivatives were found in her possession.
The defendants were sent to prison.
