The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Ismael Eduardo Acosta González, alias Pico Loro, as allegedly responsible for the murder of two sisters in El Guamo (Tolima).
The facts took place on April 8 in the village of El Tuno, when Acosta González, along with another person, with the purpose of stealing the motorcycle on which the victims were transporting, allegedly shot them and took their lives.
The 22- and 13-year-old sisters were entering their home in a rural area, when they were attacked.
A prosecutor from the so-called Unidad de Vida of the Sectional Office in Santander charged him with aggravated homicide, manufacture, trafficking or illegal possession of firearms or ammunition and aggravated theft. The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.
A judge imposed a detention order against him in the so-called El Guamo prison.
