The request made by a prosecutor from the Sectional office in Bolívar was accepted by a judge and he issued an intramural security measure against Ruan Emilio Posso Durango, alias Estiven, for being allegedly responsible for the crime of illegal possession of firearms.
The judicial decision is based on the facts that occurred on March 10 in the Las Flores neighborhood, in the municipality of San Martín de Loba (Bolívar), where National Police officers in a search found a firearm, two suppliers and 28 9 millimeter caliber cartridges.
The defendant, 31 years old, who apparently tried to evade the presence of the authorities, was also found with two communications radios, three antennas for said radios and an agenda of the state of constitutionality and disciplinary regime of the Gaitanista Self-Defense Forces of Colombia.
During the preliminary hearings, alias Estiven did not plead guilty to the charges. He was transferred to the San Sebastián Ternera prison in Cartagena to comply with the imposed measure by virtue of a judicial order.
