At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, a judge issued a prison sentence against Jhonatan Stiven Lloreda Calleja, for his alleged responsibility in the homicide of a 54-year-old man.
The crime occurred this March 11 in the municipality of Puerto Boyacá (Boyacá), when the defendant apparently attacked the victim with a firearm and injured an older adult.
Lloreda Calleja, 24, was arrested in flagrante delicto by the National Police when he fled the scene and after confronting the officers.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated homicide, aggravated personal injury, illegal possession of firearms and aggravated violence against a public servant.
