At the request of a prosecutor belonging to the so-called Estructura de Apoyo, the foreign citizens Jorge David Monterrey Tovar, Simón Leonardo Martes Maduro, Carlos Gabriel Cabrera León and the Colombian citizens Wilson Alejandro Galiano Rodríguez, allegedly responsible for possession of narcotics and drugs were sent to prison.

The Prosecutor’s Office ordered two home searches within the investigation against the arrested people who allegedly operated in Malvina and Topacio neighborhoods in Villavicencio (Meta)

As a result of the operations, 4 firearms, a grenade, marijuana and items for dosing were seized.

Before a judge, the Prosecutor’s Office brought charges against the detainees for the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking, and possession of firearms; manufacturing, trafficking, and possession of weapons for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces and trafficking; manufacturing or possession of narcotics. They did not plead guilty.
