The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Yordan Enrique Ponce Romero, alias Yordan 23 and Gustavo Enrique Madrid Cantillo, alias Cantillo, alleged members of the Clan del Golfo criminal structure, for the crime of manufacturing, trafficking or possession of firearms.
The defendants were arrested in a home search operation by the National Police on July 7 in a house located in the El Pozón neighborhood in Cartagena (Bolívar).
During the judicial proceeding, a revolver with five cartridges without safe-conduct was seized.
The defendants did not plead guilty to the crime and were sent to the so-called Sebastián Ternera prison in Cartagena.
