The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted a 14-year-old adolescent Before a judge, as allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, aggravated possession of firearms or accessories, parts or ammunition.
The events occurred on June 11, in Cali (Valle del Cauca). According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the minor would have attacked the victims with a firearm, causing their death when they were spending time in La Antena sector, in Mojica neighborhood.
Personnel from the Police for Children and Adolescents arrested the adolescent by virtu of a court order, on June 15.
The teenager pleaded guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutors Office in a hearing and the judge sentenced him to preventive internship in a juvenile detention center.
