The alleged members of this group threatened and tortured those who failed to pay for purchases of drugs.

The Attorney General’s Office brought before a judge nine alleged members of ‘La Dinastía’, a criminal organization accused of petty drug dealing in Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca).

The investigations revealed that these individuals distributed bazuco, marijuana, cocaine, and synthetic drugs. They also threatened and tortured those who allegedly failed to pay them for the purchase of the hallucinogens.

The people involved are Jhon Fredy Cabrejo Sáenz, Cristian Fabián López Alfonso, Jorman Jair Cabrejo Forero, José Antonio Cucanchón Yaquive, Johan David Gómez Cabrejo, Ferney Ruiz Delgado, Samuel Enrique Matos Rubio, Juan Felipe Isaza Muñoz and José Andrés Pineda Rodríguez.

In this regard, a specialized prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Cundinamarca charged them with simple and aggravated kidnapping; torture, threats, aggravated criminal conspiracy; and trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics.

The arrests were carried out in coordination with the National Police in home search proceedings. During the operations, several doses of cocaine, a scale, 14 cell phones, two firearms, and cash were seized.

The alleged members of ‘La Dinastía’ must serve a prison sentence by a judge’s decision.
