The Office of the Attorney General prosecuted an adult and two minors, allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of a firearm.
The first action involved Nafer Cuadro Muñoz, alias Nafer, who, according to the investigation, apparently was the one who provided the firearm to commit the murder against Mauricio Jiménez Martínez, which occurred on March 20, 2023 in Olaya Herrera neighborhood in Cartagena (Bolívar).
Therefore, a judge deprived Alias Nafer of his liberty in a prison.
A second process involved two 17-year-old people, who allegedly caused the death of Lisbeth Carolina Riascos Pérez, with a firearm, on June 11 in the same area.
The adolescents who were later apprehended by the National Police accepted their responsibility for the charges brought by the Prosecutor’s Office and will comply with the preventive detention measure in a specialized center.
