The Prosecutor’s Office charged Andrés Mauricio Lozano Flórez, for his alleged responsibility in the crime of attempted homicide.
The facts occurred on December 21, 2021 in the Gaitán neighborhood in the municipality of Barrancabermeja, Santander, when in the middle of a fight the defendant, 31 years old, would have wounded (12 times) Yorman Harley Perozo, a foreign citizen, with a stabbing weapon.
The 27-year-old victim, who received medical attention in time, was able to survive the violent attack.
Lozano Flórez, was deprived of liberty for the crime of illegal possession of firearms.
