The retired Major of National Army, Wilson Orlando Lizarazo, will serve  38 years and 4 months in prison, since he was part of an illegal agreement that was reached by some army officers and the so-called centauros bloc (Bloque Centauros) of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC)) in which they reported casualties in combats that never ocurred.

Testimonies and evidence gathered by a prosecutor belonging to the Special Office against Violation of Human Rights allowed to demonstrate in a hearing the participation of retired Major of National Army, Wilson Orlando Lizarazo and a group of officers of battalion 21 of National Army (Pantano de Vargas del Ejército Nacional) in the murder of two young male who were presented as members of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC)).
