Eliécer Anzueta Cero must serve a sentence of 19 years and 4 months in prison, after a judge found him responsible for the murder of a 58-year-old man in August 2022, in the rural area of El Convento in Trinidad (Casanare).
The facts occurred in a public establishment where, in the middle of a discussion, the convicted man shot the victim several times, a relative of whom allegedly murdered his brother.
Due to the evidence presented by the Prosecutor’s Office, Anzueta Cero, 44-years old, pleaded guilty to aggravated homicide and illegal possession of weapons. Offenses for which he was convicted.
The man, who was arrested last April, must serve the sentence where the INPEC establishes.
