Before a judge, the Attorney General’s Office charged Johan Alberto Brand López, allegedly responsible for the murder of a 30 year old man.
The facts occurred on January 8, in Guadalajara de Buga (Valle del Cauca), where the defendant arranged to meet the victim in a parking lot in the aforementioned municipality and, apparently, from a motorcycle he wounded him with a firearm, causing his death. The man fled.
According to the investigations, the victim was Brand López´s friend and the Prosecutor’s Office determined that he was defenseless.
The man was arrested by virtue of a judicial order by Sijín-National Police.
