The Attorney General’s Office filed charges against Yeyson Antonio Niño Moros for his alleged responsibility for the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition

The events occurred in Belén neighborhood in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander), on January 15, when Niño Moros arrived at the 14-year-old victim´s house, who was spending time with his brother and some friends and the defendant allegedly shot him with a firearm, causing his death.

Members of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), in coordination with the National Police, arrested the defendant on April 14 on a public road in Belén neighborhood of this city.

At the end of the hearings, the judge imposed a prison sentence and he must serve it in Modelo prison in that city.
