Six alleged members of the criminal group ‘Los Fantásticos’ were sent to prison, as allegedly responsible for selling narcotics in the municipality of Toro (Valle del Cauca).
The alleged members are Cristian Vélez, María Camila Arias Arias, Jairo Grajales, Fernando Antonio Arboleda, Isaías Loaiza Prada and Marlon Daniel Vértela Restrepo.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the accused were involved in at least 30 criminal acts that were documented by the Sijin of the National Police. In the course of various home searches requested by a specialized prosecutor from the Sectional Offcie in Valle del Cauca, the defendants were arrested.
During the proceedings, 800 grams of marijuana, 400 grams of cocaine and cash were seized.
The Prosecutor’s Office accused th defendants as allegedly responsible for the crime of manufacturing, trafficking and possession of narcotics. For its part, a judge decided that they must serve a sentence in a prison.
