After a prosecutor belonging to the Sectional Directorate in Santander presented extensive evidence against Jhan Felipe López Gómez, a judge sentenced him to 36 years in prison for homicide.
The facts occurred on December 18, 2021 in the Villas de San Pedro neighborhood of Floridablanca (Santander), when in a fight a man was attacked with a firearm by the convicted man.
López Gómez, 22, fled the scene but was arrested moments later by police. The Prosecutor’s Office then charged him with aggravated homicide and possession of weapons. The judge sent him to prison.
