A prosecutor from the Sectional office in Arauca prosecuted Daniel Alberto Salcedo Hernández, a foreign national, who allegedly stole a polishing machine and a blender from a commercial establishment, valued at 400,000 pesos.
The facts occurred on June 14 in the Arauca, when the man was surprised by the owner of the place who informed the National Police and arrested him in flagrante delicto.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated robbery. He did not plead guilty. A judge ordered him to be deprived of liberty in a prison center.
