The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Nicol Valentina Turriago, 25 years old, as allegedly responsible for the murder of a woman
The facts occurred on June 10 near the old transport terminal in Tuluá (Valle del Cauca) where, apparently, a fight took place between two women who would have attacked each other with sharp weapons.
The defendant was arrested by the National Police and the other woman, 20 years old, died in a local health center, as a result of the seriousness of the injuries.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged Nicol Valentina Turriago with homicide. According to a decision of the judge, the woman must serve a sentence in prison.
The alleged aggressor did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor’s Office.
