The Office of the Attorney General charged mayor of Gámbita 2012-2015, William Herrera and two public servants of his administration before a supervisory judge, for the events that took place on January 1, 2016 in which the former governor issued 12 administrative acts in order for him and  a third party, to receive refunds despite the fact he had quitted his job. 

The accusing party charged the former mayor with breach of duty (action) in consistent sequence of serial crime and severally with breach of duty (default). 

For these facts, the former head of the Financial Office at the Mayor´s Office, César Augusto Osorio Osorio, and the former treasurer, Hasbleidy Cárdenas Galeano were also charged. They allegedly authorized and made payments disregarding the precepts of the organic law.  

The Office of the Attorney General charged the former officials with breach of duty (failure).
