Based on the Office of the Attorney General´s arguments, the 5th Municipal Criminal Judge (Magistrate judge) sent Antonio Enriquez Santo Gordon, Dídimo Pinto and Abel Mackenzie Amuelles Vega to prison. All three individuals are investigated for manufacture, trafficking and possession of drugs.
The three Panamanian citizens were arrested in flagrance by the Navy in area of Boca Ajicito, Naya area, within the framework of a maritime operation. Those involved were in a Flipper boat without registration.
When defendants saw patrols, the crew tried to escape but they were intercepted by officers. There were four canvas sacks and two bags with 290 packages wrapped with marijuana inside the boat.
