At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the 19th Municipal Court (Control de Garantias) issued a non-custodial sentence against Daneidy Barrera Rojas for causing disturbance in public or official transport, aiding and abetting aimed at terrorism and damage of property.

The events took place in November 22nd, the second day of strikes in the country, when the young social media influencer began to break with a hammer some glass doors of a bus stop named Molinos which is located in the south area of the city, some ticket windows, some ticket machines to top-up bus passes, entry devices, among other things of the bus station. Damages amounted more than 1,2 billion avoiding people from transporting in that station.
