Members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) dismantled a criminal network led by an industrial engineering student, his mother and two other men than in three lines, strategically conceived, infiltrated several universities in Bogotá to sell marijuana- based products.

This criminal network promoted courses through social networks in which claimed to train those interested in cultivating marijuana with a hydroponic system, in addition to offering personalized consultancy and guaranteeing a high quality product in half the time of a traditional crop.
