The prosecuting authority submitted 17 reports on investigations related to the armed conflict in Colombia.
With the aim of strengthening the inter-institutional work and working in an articulated manner with the entities that according to the Peace Agreement will be in charge of guaranteeing the effective prosecution of actions that were committed during the armed conflict in Colombia, the Attorney General of the Nation, Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira, Deputy Attorney María Paulina Riveros, and the Director of the Search Unit for Missing Persons, Luz Marina Monzón, signed an agreement to create cooperation spaces.
The Unit will have at disposal 17 reports developed by the Office of the Attorney General which gathers all investigations in progress and those that reached trial stage. Different armed actors of violent events that occurred during the conflict are involved.
