The Office of the Attorney General filed charges against four alleged members of the criminal structure Los Decor, which according to the authorities is involved in the sale of drugs in Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca).
People involved are Ana Lucy Pretel Mosquera, alleged leader of the criminal structure, Gustavo Obando Rivas, Luis Alberto Pretel Mosquera and Rosalía Moreno Angulo. Preventive detention orders with home confinement were issued for all the above mentioned individuals by a Guarantee Judge (Juez de garantias).
