Office of the Attorney General requested sentence against former president of Corficolombiana José Elías Melo for undue interest in contract on Ruta del Sol II.

At the end of the oral trial, the Office of the Attorney General requested the 14^th Criminal Court of Bogotá to issue an exemplary conviction against former president of Corficolombiana, José Elías Melo Acosta, since he allegedly favored Odebrecht with contract about Ruta del Sol II between 2009 and 2010.
