In a hearing that will be held on April 30 at 9:00 a.m., a judge will hand down a decision concerning the request made by the Office of the Attorney General.
After a detailed analysis of crime scene and detailed ballistic examination, the Office of the Attorney General requested the preclusion of the investigation conducted against a bodyguard who fired his gun to prevent a theft and the 29 years old singer, Fabio Andrés Legarda Lizcano, died.
Likewise, concerning the death of Jorge Hernán Ardila Valencia ( 27 years old) and one of the alleged perpetrators of the attempted theft, the Office of the Attorney General also requested preclusion of the case since it has considered that this is a self-defense case.
