Thanks to investigations carried out with the cooperation of National Police, the Office of the Attorney General will bring charges against Wilson Arévalo Hernández, alias Chaco, for his alleged participation in the terrorist attack which caused the 22 deaths (officers) and injured several people.

The individual who is investigated was prosecuted in Yopal (Casanare) two weeks ago for rebellion and financing of terrorism.

Thanks to video recordings and further technical evidence, the Office of the Attorney General has solid evidence about  the participation of Wilson Arévalo Hernández, aka Chaco, in the planning and logistical support to commit  the  attack perpetrated on January 17th against the National Police academy (Escuela de Cadetes de Policía General Francisco de Paula Santander).
