The Office of the Attorney General presents a report on illegal incomes of the demobilized FARC and the historical recount of social leader’s victimization by State agents

In the fifth report presented by the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, the Office of the Attorney General relates two new investigation fronts about the armed conflict. The first one refers to the financing sources and mechanisms of the FARC-EP. The second is the victimization of social leaders and human rights defenders by State agents.

The Office of the Attorney General presented the fifth report to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, in which two new areas of investigation related to conduct committed during the armed conflict in Colombia are detailed.

With this presentation, there are eleven (11) documents that remain for consideration by the JEP to advance in matters within its competence.
