Former mayor and former Secretary of the Planning Office in Valparaiso (Caquetá) were charged due to alleged irregularities in contracts

The Office of the Attorney General charged former mayor of Valparaíso (Caquetá), Luz Mila Ciceri Ortiz and the former Secretary of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Office of that city, Johan Sebastián Estrada Aguirre, for execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements. They held those positions in the previous administration
