Office of the Attorney General charged alias Fideo for the murder of a community leader in Cauca

Victim disagreed with illegal mining and illegal crops in Mercaderes (Cauca)

A specialized prosecutor in the city of Popayán charged Yamir Rodríguez, alias Fideo, alleged member of the so-called Manuel Vásquez Castaño ELN Front and alleged responsible for the crime committed against Falver Cerón Gómez, a community leader in La Esmeralda, small town of Mercaderes (Cauca).

A judge (Guarantee Court) in Popayán charged him with aggravated murder, trafficking, possession or manufacturing of firearms for private use, and aggravated firearms trafficking and possession.
