José Germán Paguatian Insandará will have to serve 42 years and 6 months in prison for the comission of aggravated forced disappearance, according to the decision made by the 1st Criminal Court of the Specialized Circuit in Pasto (Nariño).

The ruling also ordered a payment of a 3000 statutory minimum wage fine.

Under the coordination of a Specialized Prosecutor’s Office, it was possible to prove Insandará’s guilt thanks to the evidentiary material. He has been accused of being co-perpetrator in the disappearance of minor P.N.P.N which took place on December 28, 2014 in the so-called San Antonio village, municipality of Buesaco (Nariño).
