More than 42 years in prison will serve one of those responsible for the disappearance of a minor in Buesaco (Nariño)

José Germán Paguatian Insandará will have to serve 42 years and 6 months in prison for the comission of aggravated forced disappearance, according to the decision made by the 1^st Criminal Court of the Specialized Circuit in Pasto (Nariño).

The ruling also ordered a payment of a 3000 statutory minimum wage fine.

Under the coordination of a Specialized Prosecutor’s Office, it was possible to prove Insandará’s guilt thanks to the evidentiary material. He has been accused of being co-perpetrator in the disappearance of minor P.N.P.N which took place on December 28, 2014 in the so-called San Antonio village, municipality of Buesaco (Nariño).
