Luxurious properties that ‘Richard’, former leader of the so-called Farc group which ceased to exist, allegedly transferred to strawmen in three years

The Office of the Attorney and Dijin (National Police) seized 21 properties that belonged to the ringleader of the 30 Farc´s Front which ceased to exist in municipalities of the Colombian coffee region*, Cundinamarca and Valle del Cauca. One of the alleged strawmen was arrested during the operation.

Processes to recover assets allegedly derived from drug trafficking, extortion, kidnapping and other criminal activities continue.

* The Colombian coffee region is known as”Eje Cafetero”
