The Office of the Attorney General prosecuted a woman and a man who were allegedly involved in local drug trafficking in San Juan de Nepomuceno and El Carmen de Bolívar (Bolívar). 

The person involved is Rosiris Astrid Torres Cuesta, alias La Chiry, who was allegedly selling narcotic substances to consumers and minors in the area from her home located in the La Floresta neighborhood in El Carmen de Bolívar. 

The 59-year-old woman was arrested during a home search operation carried out by the National Police at the place, where several doses of cocaine ready for distribution were seized. 

In another incident, Arnol Isac Gamarra Fuentes, 39 years old, was arrested during a home search conducted in Costa de Oro neighborhood in San Juan de Nepomuceno, where doses of marijuana and cocaine were found. 

Prosecutors from the branch office in Bolívar (Seccional Bolivar) charged them with  manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of narcotics. The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges and must serve a prison sentence.
