The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Robinson Jhoan Botello Rubio, alias Japanese, for his alleged responsibility in the attack with a firearm on a citizen that put his life at risk. The facts took place on July 4, 2024 in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander).
