Those people arrested are: Anyi Yuliana Arias Restrepo, Jesús Emilio Saavedra Medina, Juan David Montalvo, Julián Gerardo Delgado Henao, Diego Fernando Castillo Jiménez, Brandon Stiven Jiménez Gallo, Franklin Rodríguez Cano and Eduan Duvan Gutiérrez Yuaguará.
