At the request of prosecutors appointed to the Sectional Office in Bolívar, judges of imposed prison sentences against three men, who were charged with aggravated and qualified robbery.

In the first case, Yefrey Stiven Torres Querubin, alias El Monito, 19, entered a store on June 8th, where products for dogs are sold and which is located in the Olaya Herrera neighborhood. There, he allegedly stole the client’s belongings and fled on a motorcycle. His arrest took place by virtue of a court order in Ternera neighborhood. 

Also, Yeison David Marrugo Orozco, 22, and Daniel Alexander Argel Meriño, 23, were arrested. They allegedly stole a gold chain from a passerby in Chiquinquirá neighborhood on August 24th. The prompt warning to the authorities allowed their arrest in flagrante delicto. The victim’s necklace was found in their possession.

None of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges brought by the Office of the Attorney General.
