Prosecutors belonging to the Sectional Office in Bolívar prosecuted, in separate proceedings, three people who would be involved in crimes related to drug trafficking. One of the defendants tried to leave the country with substances inside his body. The other two people were in possession of drugs for alleged commercialization purposes in Cartagena.

A judge imposed a prison sentence against John Heiber Robles Pineda, 21 years old. This person was arrested at La Heroica airport when he was allegedly going to board a flight to Amsterdam. The National Police’s Anti-Narcotics Directorate detected suspicious materials inside the defendant’s body. He was concealing 65 capsules of cocaine in his stomach, which he later expelled.

On the other hand, Isaac Antonio Agámez Acosta, 30 years old; and Gustavo Adolfo Rodríguez Sena, alias Tavo, 32, were sentenced to prison for allegedly being involved in drugs sale. These actions were committed inside a house located near the so-called Cordialidad Road.

During a search warrant carried out by the National Police at the property, marijuana and objects for dosing substances in small quantities that would later be sold were seized.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendants with manufacture, trafficking or possession of narcotics. They did not plead guilty to the charges.
