The Attorney General’s Office successfully prosecuted four alleged members of the Los Cuchos criminal structure which was involved in the sale of drugs in Ocaña (Norte de Santander).
People allegedly involved are Franklin Barbosa Martínez, Carlos Armando Carrillo Pérez, Sergio Alexander Sánchez Llanes and Jorge Eliecer Tobón Tobón.
According to the investigation, the defendants would be responsible for petty drug dealing of cocaine base and marijuana at the main marketplace of Ocaña and its surrounding areas.
The alleged members of the criminal structure were arrested by the National Police in different neighborhoods of this city.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged them as allegedly responsible for the crime of trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs. The judge issued a prison sentence.
