A judge imposed a prison sentence against Deiber David Narváez Teherán, alias Julián, allegedly responsible for participating in the homicide of three people in the municipality of Apartadó (Antioquia).
According to the investigation conducted by a specialized prosecutor of the Sectional Office in Antioquia, ‘Julián’ allegedly participated in the homicide of three men. These events took place between August 11 and September 20, 2023 in the rural and urban areas of Urabá Antioquieño. Violent deaths that were ordered by a structure of ‘Clan del Golfo’.
On the other hand, Onidis María Fajardo, Narváez Teherán’s sentimental partner, was prosecuted since she would be in charge of storing the weapons used to commit the homicides. The investigation made it possible to sentence her to prison.
Both people were arrested by the National Police. They did not plead to charges brought by the Office of the Attorney General which hold them responsible for the crimes of homicide, illegal possession of firearms for personal defense and conspiracy to commit a crime, all aggravated. He must answer as author, and his partner as accomplice.
