The Police and the Navy arrested José Miguel Castro Carabalí, alias Cartucho, an alleged member of Los Shotas criminal structure in San Francisco neighborhood. A revolver with six cartridges without legal permit was seized from the defendant. The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.

The man was charged with manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition and; trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics.
