Alias El Flaco was charged with aggravated homicide and illegal possession of weapons.
After assessing the evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence on Willintong Obeimar Díaz Zamora, alias El Flaco, as possible responsible for the murder of four men on August 25th which occurred in the rural area of Mocoa (Putumayo).
The evidence indicates that alias El Flaco, in the company of other members of Farc dissidents ‘Comandos de Frontera’ went to the sector known as La Pista and allegedly shot indiscriminately against the victims.
Due to these events, a prosecutor belonging to the Homicide Group of the Delegate Office for Territorial Security charged Díaz Zamora with aggravated homicide; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition. He did not plead guilty.
The Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted three people who would be involved in this crime. Elkin Jhorlian Tepud Ordóñez, alias Lágrima; and Eiver Camilo Torres Hernández, alias Gallero were recently prosecuted and sent to prison.
