A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Chocó charged three alleged members of the so-called Los Rapados Organized Criminal Group for the crimes of manufacturing,  trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition; manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition for the exclusive use of the military forces; illegal use of uniforms and insignia and trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs.

They are Vannessa Alexandra Moreno Londoño, Yuri Alexander Rodríguez Torres and Jhon Enrique Palacios, alleged members of Los Rapados who were arrested on July 28, during home search proceedings carried out in the Reposo neighborhood in Quibdó (Chocó).

According to what was established, the defendants stored artisanal firearms at their homes, ammunition of different calibers, including that one for the private use of the military forces; bulletproof vest; as well as marijuana and cocaine.

At the request of the prosecutor, the judge issued a prison sentence against Rodríguez Torres y Palacios. Home detention was ordered for Moreno Londoño,
