In different events that occurred in Cartagena (Bolívar), and at the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the judges ordered detention measures against three people, who, according to their individual responsibilities, were charged with manufacturing, trafficking or possession of narcotics and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of firearms.
In an operation carried out on July 9, in the El Carmelo neighborhood, Pamela Andrea Torres Aparicio, alias La Pamela, was arrested by members of the National Police. In the judicial proceeding, they seized marijuana ready for sale and a firearm without official license.
Also, last July 16, in a house in the Nuevo Porvenir neighborhood, Ferdi Nando Fajardo Sierra and Harol José Bolívar Rodríguez were arrested. Authorities seized them marijuana and bazuco.
It is believed that these people sold 600 doses of hallucinogens daily, generating profits of 84 million pesos per month.
During the hearings, none of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor’s Office. For their part, the judges deprived aliases Pamela and Fajardo Sierra of their liberty; while Bolívar Rodríguez was granted house arrest.
