At the request of a prosecutor of the Sectional Office in Magdalena, a judge approved the accusation made by the Prosecutor’s Office and imposed a prison sentence against Jesús David Pérez Ospino, alias Chucho, for a homicide that he apparently committed in the main city of Magdalena.

This citizen, presumably, on February 8 of this year killed Brainer Enrique Osorio Aguilar with a firearm, a fact that occurred in María Eugenia neighborhood in Santa Marta.

Likewise, the investigation indicated that this person had a criminal record for drug trafficking in 2017 and 2021 and also for criminal conspiracy to commit a crime in 2018 and 2019.

The 31-year-old investigated was charged with aggravated homicide and illegal possession of firearms. Charges that he did not accept.

Investigators of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), in coordination with National Police, arrested the accused on March 29 by court order. A cell phone was seized.
