The defendants were allegedly involved in a homicide that occurred in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal.
A prosecutor of the so-called Unidad de Vida in the Sectional Office in Risaralda prosecuted three alleged members of the illegal organization Pilatos, who would be involved in the murder of Diego A. Garzón Zuluaga, alias La Fiera, which occurred in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal.
They are Juan Carlos Castro Henao, alias Carlitos; Jafet Tijerino Martínez, alias Barranquillero and Kevin Alejandro Cruz Galeano.
The investigation determined that on January 20, Zuluaga was murdered with a firearm, apparently due to settling scores with those investigated.
For these facts, those investigated were charged with aggravated homicide and aggravated manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition. The defendants did not plead guilty
The judge imposed prison sentence against the four investigated.
