Investigative work reveals that on October 9, Trujillo Alvira, 28, allegedly assaulted the victim with a short blunt weapon, taking his life. The facts ocurred in the midst of an alleged discussion about the intake of alcoholic beverages.
As established, after the homicide, and on the road where the events occurred, people from the sector saw the defendant running with a machete smeared with blood after allegedly inflicting multiple injuries on the victim.
The arrest was carried out by Sijin officers on January 27 in La Plata (Huila).
