At the request of the Sectional Prosecutor’s Office, Raúl Fernando Hurtado Hernández must remain under house arrest.This person was arrested, apparently in possession of hallucinogens; presumably ready to be sold on public roads in San José del Guaviare (Guaviare).
The facts occurred during a routine procedure carried out by the National Police in the sector 20 de Julio. cocaine, LCD and dosed marijuana were allegedly found in his possession.
Hurtado Hernández was brought before a court for his prosecution.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged the detainee with drug trafficking, manufacturing or possession. He did not plead guilty.
